Regulations ~ Small Town America ~ Bye-Bye Murthy ~ Tobacco Profits ~ Dr. Siegel ~ Federal Action Needed ~ Rethinking Nicotine ~ Think of the children™ ~ THE Fergus Mason ~ THRA Worldwide Survey ~ Nicotine Challenge
Within the political ring, there are two distinct and sadly needed actions in the United States right now to fight the regulations of e-cigarettes.
Small Town America
Speaking of legislation, Federal law requires “federal regulatory agencies must coordinate their policies, plans, actions, and regulations with local governments.”
That is found here from the Electronic Vaping Coalition of America (EVCA)
The Village of Hartland, Wisconsin is taking testimony and questioning the F.D.A. and its regulations over e-cigarettes.
“If it’s proven agencies fail this obligation, their rules become moot — not just in a local community, but nationwide.”
I covered it here with links to all three videos:
This keeps the tobacco control crowd rejoicing…. job security.
Federal Action Needed:

Think Of The Children™:
THE Fergus Mason
Mr. Mason eloquently describes for you the difference between an expert and extremist – about a legend in his own mind, Professor Stanton Glantz.
The Tobacco Harm Reduction Association of Canada (THRA) is conducting this survey for anyone – ANYONE to take. Smokers, non-smokers, vapers.
The importance of your voice is NEEDED.
Please take the survey HERE.
30+ days have come and gone. The nicotine challenge has raised $605 for Dr. Farsalinos & his team.
The Gofundme page will expire Monday, 2 May.
