Vaping In The News – January 27th, 2018

Vaping In The News covers media stories on smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, snus, heat not burn, tobacco control, public health, government regulations, policies and more.

“The largest threat to Public Health is an informed consumer.”

Altria seeks state review of tax policy on new ‘reduced risk’ tobacco products

So, taxing “nicotine” because it is “deemedtobacco is to recoup taxes on losses of the government(s) from slowing sales of tobacco – and of course, they didn’t plan on cigarette sales dropping like they have, as a result of their irresponsible fiscal greed and inability to budget downward and out of existence, they deemed nicotine & e-cigs, components and parts AS tobacco so they can tax them and oh, I’m just babbling now — anywhooo….

Altria wants to reduce taxes on tobacco because it’s “reduced risk” tobacco. So, yeah.

Will we ever get the truth behind the FDA’s devastating vaping rule?

In case you missed it, it’s pretty clear…

NOT.

Will we ever get the truth behind the FDA’s devastating vaping rule?

And, because I’m your friend, I’ll include this, where the ‘ever self-important’ Professor “Puff-N-Stuff” wants to control the world, he’s put his worthless opinion in, added here for your convenience. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

FDA should not grant PMI’s Premarket Tobacco Product Application for IQOS

Host–agent–vector–environment measures for electronic cigarette research used in NIH grants

This one made me laugh angry. In the conclusions from 2007 thru 2015:

“contributes to receipt and ultimately funding a greater proportion of grant proposals”

“lack of specificity about the e-cigarette product under study”

“authors needed to conduct online searches to determine the product type”

“Consequently, the universe of grant proposals in our analysis could reflect a bias of the funding agencies’ priorities and not the investigative community.”

“Could reflect a bias”… could, my vaping ass.

Public Health Consequences of E-Cigarettes

Well, for the most part…. there are consequences… and while it may take a while for you to go through it, I’ve got Jim McDonald, Carl V. Phillips and Michael Siegel below it to shed better light on it before you decide to click on the actual report.

I could be wrong…

I. As in me. I could be wrong. It’s happened…. anyway… 22nd Century has been touted countless times by organized crime syndicates about how excited they are for “lowering nicotine” in cigarettes. The FDA has said it enough for me to become obsessed with the success or fate of this company. I don’t “care”, but have watched intently as the idiots think it could work for smokers wanting to quit… I thought it was a shoo in, at least for the FDA to keep saying it.

Investors on the other hand…

Joining Ranks

Finally – to wrap up Vaping In The News this week, the scream test continues… each time I see “prestigious” educational institutions denying funding… I get inquisitive…

Ellen J. MacKenzie, PhD, MSc, Dean of Bloomberg School of Public Health  – Johns Hopkins University joined ranks by choosing financing and funding of their research to continue with taxes from smoking as they released this joint statement.

Since the Master Settlement Agreement commenced in 1998, I can only conclude – according to the Johns Hopkins University website stating  “as a partner in a number of public health initiatives since its inception in 1998” that Dean MacKenzie (and the others signing) place funding via sales of tobacco via the MSA as ethical… but don’t trust themselves to do unbiased research despite the source of funding.

This is Vaping In The News for the week ending December 9th, 2017

VapesGiving Event Aims to Raise Huge Funding Goals to help Advocacy

Instead of focusing on what “can’t” be done, consider what CAN be done. Considering what is at stake, there is NO reason #VapesGiving can’t raise millions with this movement. This is beyond overdue.

Companies, including manufacturers, are joining with multiple advocacy groups to raise what should be nothing short of millions to attain results at any and all levels.

If you are IN business and not doing “anything”, I implore you to assess this and make some noise by making a difference. If you are already, I thank you.

Feds Owe the Public ‘Corrective Statements’ on Vaping

The verdict is in if you’re in the United States, you’re seeing tobacco companies court-ordered advertising on television for the 1st time since the 70’s. Sally Satel & Guy Bentley explain why the Feds owe the public the same courtesy.

While they mention the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Surgeon General, I can come up with a list of defendants in other parts of this blog upon request.

Feds Owe the Public ‘Corrective Statements’ on Vaping

Long-term vaping causes no negative health results [new study]

Last week, I inadvertantly skipped this article by Jim McDonald.

“They found that the vapers had no negative health outcomes, and in fact showed results that were virtually indistinguishable from those of the non-vapers.”

Indistinguishable. This study extinguishes concerns, certainly, as to a smoker switching or dual using, and the very few and hard to find, who may take up vaping as opposed to smoking.

Data Driven Meta-Analysis: E-cigarettes cause less smoking. Imagine you’re a tobacco control “expert”, a professor, in fact. There is notoriety, fame even. You’re not a scientist, but while bumbling through your meta-analysis, you elude to being one for decades. Ahhh the life.

While walking upright, there’s a noticeable amount of doughnut powder in your beard (to show your expertise) in almost any sterile artificial setting — where everyone will nod their heads in agreement…

Since I have the formalities out of the way, I will meta-analyse the chart below for before Professor Puff-N-Stuff gets his grubby paws on it.

I’ll submit my findings for all you math / data / science /statistitians for peer review below!

Aren’t you excited?

Submitted by Kevin Crowley, AKA @VapingIT, SPE, EEI.

(You have to have the fancy-shmancy initials!)

Title

(or whatever they put at the top of important studies)

E-cigarettes cause less smoking.

“Important stuff”:

E-cigarette use was tracked by the FDA & CDC – from 2011 – 2016.

It went up, peaked in 2015 and went back down.

Purpose:

I suppose I should explain myself like they all do, but I won’t, I’ll do it my way.

To have determination a deliberate (Thanks Fig!) and honest assessment of whether e-cigarettes cause more smoking (or not) in youth without using words like “may, might, could” or any phrases like “more studies will be needed to determine” (with or without nicotine).

This could be difficult, and I’m not an “expert” so I certainly hope you’re rooting for me.

Data: More Stuff

Cigarette use in the same time frame – went down. (Check my math, this is important).

kids youth gateway

Findings:

Most children around adults not smoking has caused the children to not smoke. The adults choosing to use (e-cigarettes) vaping equipment instead of purchasing cigarettes, so the children can’t steal cigarettes from parents who are not smoking.

E-cigarettes cause less smoking in children, and adults.

(Being informative is exhausting!)

Result:

Since 2011, adults smoked less, making cigarettes less available to kids. 8% of children will still try cigarettes.

Links:

Chart above is here.

Study below the chart is here.

You can purchase my metanalysis for a billion dollars once I put it behind a paywall.

Conflicts Of Interest:

Like this matters, but I’ll play along. None, consumer.

Opinion

Big Ole’ long sentence assesment warning!

It is in my opinion that around 8 percent of the children in the United States are the core group of rebels who, despite any half-hearted efforts by tobacco control organizations or esteemed professors like Puff-N-Stuff, will try smoking, skip school and daredevil and adventure off into other activities deemed dangerous or delinquent-like.

Less than that will continue try cigars, hookah, pipes and smokeless tobacco.

It happens. That will give more time for experts (uninterested in blaming themselves or rebellion) to have something to do, like blame Hollywood for the remaining 8%.

I want to beat Professor Glantz to the metanalysis submission frenzy:

How’d I do?

Peer review my findings! Someone check my math!

Organizations & Politicians LIE about E-cigs. It’s a business decision.

tax1

In the never-ending onslaught of misleadings articles about vaping, this one,  by Maggie Fox  (Senior health writer @NBCNewshealth Science/Health/Tech)  was titled: “E-Cigarettes should be a last resort, heart doctors say“. There is clearly a discrepancy or three in this one. There are no mentions of any heart doctors in the article , instead the title guides the reader straight into the American Heart Association.  It is possible to assume crack staff  writer Maggie may not know the difference between heart doctors and the the AHA? A quick search doesn’t show Nancy Brown is a heart doctor. I could be wrong.

Please continue smoking:

According to the article, the  AHA, evidently, would prefer smokers to keep smoking  – and if you must, only try e-cigarettes as a last resort. CEO at the AHA, Nancy Brown states “the FDA should HURRY UP and regulate them”. We don’t want to dilly-dally  with regulations, do we?  Evidently the Heart Association’s intriguing “last resort” thing is a new POLICY. Those funds won’t just appear in the bank on their own, FDA. Hurry up. Toot-suite. Quick, like a bunny – before the public finds out what organizations and politicians are UP TO.

The comfort level must be almost unbearable with the film A Billion Lives due to be released shortly. Once it’s out, the lies will be exposed, and the public scrutiny of regulations will begin. Chop-chop, FDA. They can’t hold their lying breath forever!

Fox takes innuendo to the standard level, eluding to the usual wrong “children” stats (discrepancies are here & here ) while misinforming her readers. There’s the obligatory lie statement from Nancy Brown : “We are fiercely committed to preventing the tobacco industry from addicting another generation of smokers”.  Of course there’s the obligatory lie statement of vaping being a gateway, and nicotine being the root of all evil.

The link in the article – to the lies statement from the American Heart Association – is “not released” and unavailable. So, who are the doctors saying last resort? Brown was quoted in the article, stating “We fear that any additional delay of these new regulations will have real, continuing public health consequences”.

Yes, Nancy Brown, the business decisions you make health consequences are that the public will believe your lies and continue to smoke – since e-cigarettes will be treated the same in your world. Regulation in the form of taxes, is the goal. Remember when LESS smoking was the goal? Milk is not beef, syrup is not wood and nicotine is not tobacco. Deny it all you like, Research does exist, Nancy.

The Lung Association.

The Lung Association, headed by National President & CEO Harold Wimmer, has a business decision stance as well.  Out in California, my pal, Senator Mark Leno – after being defeated with SB140 last year, has revamped his effort to have e-cigarettes “accurately defined as tobacco products”. Olivia Gertz – the CEO of California’s chapter of the Lung Association is found here gloating stating she’s “proud to co-sponsor” legislative efforts with her business decision “to increase the state’s dismal national ranking in tobacco taxes“,  where they also mentioned the obligatory youth and health lie statements like above, yet taxes are the goal….

Bear with me as I’ll babble incessantly for your amusement:

Dismal ranking, Olivia? Embarrassed much? You’re worried about appearances? Is this a mirror check? LESS tobacco tax revenue = LESS smoking. That’s from all those vapers NOT smoking. Um, You’re WELCOME? Remember when organizations wanted us to NOT smoke?  Didn’t anyone plan properly for a drop in revenue from the “tobacco control efforts” over time taking the credit? SURPRISE. We’re doing YOUR job as well.

Now, as SFATA pointed out, former smokers  who use e-cigarettes – along with the tax in California – and believe me, this will be EVERYWHERE:

sfata.PNG

That’s not acceptable.

Sorry, didn’t mean to yell. Who’s in charge? Where is the evidence and science to arbitrarily make things up? WHERE are the leaders? Why aren’t more in “public health” acting like Jim? Who will be the last organization standing? They are lying. They are making business decisions. If they have their way, they both will be. The AHA and the ALA were once well respected organizations within America. They once put their efforts towards helping people stay healthy (and educated, supposedly) in the minds of millions. Now they’re choosing instead to lie recoup millions of dollars in revenue, a day, keeping their business decisions and lies motives at bay to the general public at any cost. Their business decisions are now costing lives.

These (many) organizations who are now placing themselves squarely in the middle of the ring, hell bent on convincing the public they are fighting the good fight on vaping. Their only goal is to L I E to keep pressure on public opinion with the ONLY goal of “regulating” e-cigarettes for the sole purpose of keeping themselves in BUSINESS with tax revenue.

Accountability cannot come soon enough.

Lying BASTARDS.

leno

SB140. I’ll jump on the bandwagon.

I’d LOVE to gloat. I’d love to put this pie in Mr. Leno’s face.

I’d LOVE to take Mr. Leno & Professor GlANTZ to breakfast and explain to them that their efforts are implying to others that this is tobacco,

only for their greed of contributions & funding as seen HERE.

Their efforts are costing lives. Their efforts are deterring people from trying to stop smoking.

MANY were involved in this particular bill. But I digress, as I often do in the vaping world.

Update 5.30.2016:

Clueless Legislators Deter Smokers From Vaping

What I see: It’s important to have taxes, but not for saving lives.

What Mr. Leno tweeted in January.

lenojan

What I see: It’s ensuring that there’s taxes like tobacco, but not for saving lives and taking people away from tobacco.

What Mr. Leno tweeted in April.

lenoapril

What I see: This is a MUST position. Regulation is necessary!

It’s IMPORTANT! Imagine!!!! The next generation being lost to toxic nicotine!!!! CHILDREN!!!!!!!!

What Mr. Leno tweeted June 2nd.

lenojuly

What I see: Now there’s concern, with false statements that “children” are important.

What Mr. Leno Tweeted on July 7th.

lenojune7

THEN suddenly , Mr. Leno and various organizations find there’s no tax on tobacco, and it becomes unimportant and dangerous. Really????? Imagine that. Here’s just ONE example. Removing the ability to TAX e-cigarettes suddenly DEFEATED the bill? lenobreathe

It wasn’t about children. It wasn’t about addiction. It wasn’t about health. It was about revenue. Imagine the resources, cash & public FUNDS to go at this with such a fever, and then just let it drop. Imagine what every politician is doing when they’re “against” e-cigarettes.

Update 7/19/15

Now that there’s taxes on e-cigarettes redefined and his way- suddenly it’s important again: http://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/billTextClient.xhtml?bill_id=201520162SB5

They’re coercing the public into believing their fairy tales for revenue. Legallly. Imagine the lives they are affecting in the process.

Well. I question your integrity you greedy LYING bastards. You want people to smoke. You WANT Revenue. It’s a PONZI SCHEME

We have proof e-cigs are safer. We have science they refuse to recognize for their own agendas. Ecigarette-Research.Org

Vaping and e-cigarettes take us away from tobacco. Politicians & organizations like Breathe California are looking to replace funds from declining sales of tobacco.

California Scheming.

announce

This will be brief. This article by Paul Blair brings to light an opinion. A very valid and reasonable opinion. Common sense, in fact, to what I and we as vapers believe and have said all along.

The scheme of children, safety, chemicals and drivel to conjure up support by Mr. & Mrs. Never Smoker to vote / get  in ANY type of tax increase by creating the illusion of dangers of e-cigarettes.

It’s Taxing Thoughts, A Ponzi Scheme for THEM and we’re the scapegoat.

Now, not everyone plays nice. Tactics are direct, swift and I don’t have media on my side, so I tried this a while back. It seems to be truer than I imagined looking back now.

I was trying to counter THEM. How far is too far? I hoped it would create a political stew in my mind. I wrote it like I imagined an internal memo would be written. I’ve written a few in past lives, none quite like this. I am fighting for vaping and smokers very lives, so I just typed it up:

I fooled a few on twitter & facebook with this:

c3

There were secret emails asking where I got it, how I got it…. who I possibly knew…

I am not answering to anyone, I have no ties or conflict of interest.

I am also not in charge nor care of public health for the State of California.

My “PHLIE# memo…” is a sad attempt at satire at best.

What they are doing is CRIMINAL. To take the thought from anyone and convince them with both the #curbit AND the #stillblowingsmoke campaigns IS a criminal act up to and including detrimental health effects on the unknowing, and the ultimate price is death for those who continue to smoke.

These people consciously KNOW better, and are TRUSTED to care for PUBLIC health.

I came clean pretty quickly with my little memo, but what tactics ARE being used against vaping with every Government with money over health every time? Here’s a screen shot of a bit of the highlights from this article:

a11

The wonderful people at M.O.V.E.

and ecigarette-research.org

work very hard to fight this asinine drivel.

We as the “public” need to be able to hold them accountable.

HOW do we get TO them for covering up truth? I know – it’s “Plausible Deniability“.

The American Lung Association: Reducing Tobacco. The Litmus Test & Ulterior Motives

defendantsIt looks good on paper, doesn’t it? The caring about the children. The battle cry of well respected organizations, backed by other respected organizations.

It seems to the average reader or viewer to be well thought out concern. Their scathing letter to the President is below.

They must have one common goal. Tobacco harm reduction for the children. It says so right in the letter below! Well, I’d beg to differ, but I’m all over begging. I’m going to tell you the truth.

Litmus Test: A test that uses a single indicator to prompt a decision.

Reduction of tobacco USE worldwide is “everyone in public healths” goal.

Think about that.

The World Health Organization (W.H.O.) recently said they had a

TWENTY-FIVE year GOAL to reduce smoking.

That’s not a goal, that’s a plan to keep revenue.

Here’s the Litmus Test:

Do e-cigarettes reduce tobacco use?

Yes.

That should do it for ANY ORGANIZATION pretending they want less smoking.

Responsible organizations like (M.O.V.E) say e-cigarettes should be encouraged.

Period.

Those are Doctors. Scientists. Researchers. Medical Professionals. Are they all wrong?

There’s plenty of research but the irresponsible organizations in the photo above and letter they’ve SIGNED below are conveniently omitting from their calculations of math on the “worries of children” and public health.

Wait… they’re calculating the numbers… and it isn’t working out to their advantage.  What you may not realize is that

THESE ORGANIZATIONS ARE A BUSINESS. FUNDING.

Now the irresponsible letter to the President from these people and their organizations, it’s short and to their point. I would think if I had the President’s attention, I’d mention the efforts in reducing tobacco. They want “regulation”.

Notice their letter doesn’t show any science, doesn’t ask to reduce TOBACCO, (they want to keep it around) just claims of children, flavors, and regulations (for tax revenue purposes) on e-cigarette use.

The Lung Association deleted it from their website, but this is a PDF

LungAssociation

which have been properly dismissed already right here

(By Sally Satel, a Doctor):

Why The CDC Has It Wrong About The Rise In Teen Vaping

Why are they so rushed to want the President to take action? Are they REALLY worried about kids?

I believe a couple on this list might actually care about children. I don’t think they do. They all have ulterior motive.

That’s harsh to say, right? You’d think so, but wait! They SIGNED their NAMES to this.  I’m just calling them out.

Litmus Test: A test that uses a single indicator to prompt a decision.

Litmus Test. Do e-cigs take revenue away from organizations, both private and public? YES.

They most certainly do. That’s more like it.

Tobacco?

Of course! They’re LOSING cigarette sales! That’s why they’re falling on themselves to get into the market. Think of the money they’re losing!

 Public Health?

Yep. All forms of smoking-related health care will be needed less….and already IS. Doctor visits, hospital visits…less cancer, less heart issues…. breathing issues… less COPD… the list is endless. In ten years, if these organizations don’t get their way…

Think of the money they’re losing!

Drug companies can’t sell their drugs to stop smoking (which if I remember have about a 7% success rate) and the drugs they also manufacture and SELL because of smoking illnesses….   $$$$$

Think of the money they’re losing!

Government? Well…. they’ve got the winning hand.

Yes they do. TAXES.

Think of the money they’re losing!

Their Ponzi Scheme

Are vaping and e-cigarettes are working and worthwhile as a harm reduction device?

When those who will lose money and not profit from it respond so vehemently and irresponsibly to it, something is wrong. They are not being truthful, and they have their financial reasons for it.

If they oppose it, they want you to smoke. If they know the “dangers” they claim, (MUCH LESS than smoking) they’d FIX those expediently with great care, and end tobacco as we know it in ten years. Not in 25. No sense in doing that, they won’t profit from it.

If there Is a deafening silence, they’re making profit already.

Think of the money they’re losing!

Dear President Obama: Tobacco Use & Ecigs. CDC Director Tom Frieden

obamasit3

(President Obama & CDC Director Tom Frieden)

Dear President Barack Obama:

As a former smoker yourself of 30 years, you can relate to the challenges of becoming tobacco free. Knowing the potential dangers drive the desire to quit despite the difficulty.

The challenge is the same with Americans and abroad, and you CAN become THE leader of tobacco harm reduction worldwide with one swift phone call to CDC Director Tom Frieden on the results and studies at ecigarette-research.org.

In the spirit of going straight to the top (that’s you) and pretending we’re just old friends, two guys emailing back and forth, I implore you to read this and act accordingly regardless of his opinion, regardless of the pending F.D.A.’s deeming regulation on e-cigarettes.

I am SURE you will not take this lightly. Lives are at stake. I hope you will address this immediately and have an adult conversation with Dr. Frieden. Some well needed guidance in the effort on your part, despite his experience in tobacco control could change the world.

I’d like to speak frankly as if you were sitting with me having coffee or playing a game of basketball, regardless of your position, Mr. President. Grow a pair. Get on this. Call me if you must (I’m sure I am in some agency records by now). I’ll GLADLY explain it to you, I’ll gladly guide you or anyone in charge of making that call to the right people.

E-cigarettes SAVE LIVES. Misdirection is a very dangerous game, and you of all people should know how the media likes to elaborate on false claims.

Recently, Dr. Tom Frieden & the CDC released confusing and misleading information to the public about e-cigarettes within the campaign “Tips From Former Smokers”.  Dr. Tom Frieden is nothing less than irresponsible to elude to e-cigarettes being “as dangerous” or equal to smoking cigarettes. To be clear, there are extremely consistent results to the contrary, without prejudice, again at ecigarette-research.org.

Why is this not mentioned or looked at, why is it simply ignored? Ignoring valuable research is nothing less than detrimental to public health. I don’t believe this was oversight. I believe this was blatant misrepresentation and willful ignorance on the part of Dr. Tom Frieden.

As you are a professional politician, you surely will understand the ploy and cry of recent reports of “children” as another way to garner support. I care about the motive, I care more about the end results. Public opinion IS the motive, not public HEALTH.

The children today COULD see their children with much less tobacco use with this technology, their present family members going away from tobacco. The ONLY thing we don’t know is “long term” (it’s already been around more than 10 years), and we’re taking our chances. Without tobacco.Without question, Vaping Saves Lives.

That should tell you the conviction we have in this device, despite the slur of “danger” by all “concerned” with “our” positions. To read some of the fodder, you’d think the “experts” want us to go back to smoking.

The only danger with e-cigarettes after almost two years of my use is the politicians, tobacco control and “public health” downplaying their effectiveness.

Your words below as you appointed Dr. Frieden as Director of the CDC:

https://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/president-obama-appoints-dr-thomas-frieden-cdc-director

America relies on a strong public health system and the work at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is critical to our mission to preserve and protect the health and safety of our citizens.

Your words on

http://thenationalmarijuananews.com/2015/04/breaking-president-obama-support-marijuana-sunday-cnn/

Obama also points to the decline in tobacco use as an example of how effective public health models can be if taken seriously. Obama said, “You know, one of the great victories of this country has been our ability to reduce incidences of smoking, increase the incidences of seat belt use. You know, we save tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands of lives every single year. (..on marijuana) ...we just made sure that they were well-informed and if somebody has an addiction, we made sure that we made it easy for them to get help.”

I am sure you will never read this, Mr. President, but if you do, I would hope you’d like to hear more on the positive reduction in tobacco use with e-cigarettes. We call it vaping.

There are millions worldwide waiting on one leader to step up to the plate.

You are not the last resort to ending tobacco use via smoking, death is.

Mr. President, if you have read this far down, humor me for five more minutes, read my survey analysis of 7,234 people who use e-cigarettes:

“Vaping Truth Survey Final Analysis

California Public Health, Tom Frieden US CDC IGNORE E-Cig Research & FDA

cdcbutton

The FDA hasn’t yet made its decision to deem “ecigs” a tobacco product. Evidently, Tom Frieden with the CDC, and the State of California’s Public Health Department don’t seem to care OR have to wait – or check facts from anyone to add them to their uninformed attempt at slick anti-tobacco campaigns.

In fact, it is very evident they didn’t even look for science when it comes to this technology.

With “deeming regulation” still pending over e-cigarettes, chairs are not yet cold from the recent meetings in the USA over the debate of e-cigarettes and their safety. There is quite an interest from around the world as to how safe they actually are- and they are- according to leading experts in research with these two articles as examples:

Now, here’s a golden chance to kick that cigarette butt!

E-cigarettes MUCH Safer Than Normal Smokes

Government officials are now making e-cigs part of the newest campaign for the CDC and California is as well, to convince the public they are just the same as cigarettes when they are clearly not.

This is already causing unnecessary confusion with California’s Public Health campaign, some already calling that a fiasco. These childish tactics from public health only help tobacco companies and reclaiming their tax revenue:

State Health Agency Does Big Tobacco’s Dirty Work on E-Cigarettes

Neither camp say one word on the never ending research and positive effects e-cigarettes have continued to have in combating tobacco, possibly curbing tobacco use 20-50% by the end of this decade, despite what some in public health positions may claim.

But, they are in control, and they’ve got MILLIONS of dollars to play with.

(The FDA is STILL accepting comments here until APRIL 15th, 2015)

Ummmm did you check some valid sources first didn’t you?

You didn’t call “Dr.” Kevin Campbell, did you?

Have you seen this site yet?

Not Blowing Smoke

Is this decision even legal? Whoops… spent all that money, too late now!

Costing lives!

Good for you. I’m impressed. We all know what damage this can do…

well  – no such thing as bad press….

You’d rather make things up for the public –  to convince and coerce, to alter the masses thought process and bundle the two together like they are the same – but they are NOT.

Wait, I get it… you want people to continue smoking! WOW!

You would rather have parents and grandparents think they are just like cigarettes so they’ll keep on smoking and then, the children they are around will be around it.

Think about those children. Is that a responsible way to act

Cigarettes are approved by the FDA. Aren’t you worried about them?

The e-cigarette, with all the research, is far safer than you can imagine.

(Thanks again Randy)

@vapedupgaming

You’ll dismiss the research above, and pretend e-cigarettes are tobacco.

Why….. I’ll bet you my first born son you’re looking for tax dollars….

I love my first born son, but this is IMPORTANT.

You think you’ve found the pot of gold, recovering  Master Settlement Revenue for all!

Creating false propaganda to pretend to bundle e-cigs with tobacco….Huh…cute!

I get it – Like… ALL Doctors have the public health in mind… kind of like that, right?

Or –  like ALL politicians are honest…. right? Wow… I’m catching on! Wink, wink, Tom!

You are SUCH a CARD!

Here, dear reader, is that pesky MSA deal some of you aren’t old enough to remember:

Revenue is more important than lives.

I found this to be of interest, with the CDC looking for cancer and patients, who smoked AND used an e-cigarette. Well, if they smoked, sadly, wouldn’t that make them predisposed to the disease regardless of trying an e-cigarette?

If I keep typing I’ll just be plagiarizing. It’s TOO good:

This article explains it better than I can from of ALL places

THE American Council on Science & Health:

The CDC in cahoots with the CA “health” dept. ramps up its anti-e-cig propaganda

Hey, Tom… look me up – email me and we’ll exchange numbers so we can chat, would you?

Maybe you can handle one of my tax issues at hand for me?

We can discuss real issues to tackle – like emphysema, lung cancer my Father & Grandmother both had from smoking all their lives because they didn’t have the choice of an e-cigarette and tried every other “approved” method out there.

The e-cigarette, vaping – is effective, gets people OFF tobacco and is very well researched, but, you, like all the rest want to decide whats best for others without so much as clicking on a website or making a phone call. Did you possibly try to contact Dr. Farsalinos   ??????????

I’ll bet you haven’t. He was in town… should have had coffee in a smoke free, vape free environment – like a Starbucks.

Let’s talk about Chantix… you’re a doctor… are you in favor of Chantix, you know – side effects include suicide? Why didn’t you put that on your rhetoric?

Umm… maybe your career needs a boost, ever considered working with Mr. Glantz out in California? It’s warm there………..

I’ll leave you with this link of my hero, Mr. Gutfeld from Fox and his video: Gutfeld: California Ads Trashing E-Cigs ‘Demonize With Flimsy Lies’
