Marlboro maker Altria halts sales of flavored vaping liquid as FDA weighs ban
So Altria is going to remove a bunch of their e-vapor products
Speaking of Altria supporting the FDA….. and much more than you may realize, covered VERY WELL and highly recommended – by Amelia Howard:
To follow Amelia’s thread just above, I ask: “Kids”? “Juul”? “Epidemic” or:
“domestic cigarette shipment volume during the third quarter to the end of September, at 29,698 million, was 3.7 percent down on that of the third quarter of 2017, 30,828 million.” Its discount-brand volume was down by 6.8 percent to 2,614 million.
Those incorrigible kids…
There are far more dangerous teen behaviors than vaping, per CDC national survey data. Parents, public health officials and federal agencies should prioritize accordingly. https://t.co/b8oy2HOIdW pic.twitter.com/8p2KWPFBIn

Why safer vaping devices that don’t explode will not be available in the U.S.
I don’t want any of you blowing yourselves up. I’ve covered battery safety. Either way, if you didn’t know:
“The law Congress passed requires FDA premarket review for modifications to a tobacco product — including batteries,” Felberbaum said.
FDA Commissioner Wants to Have It Both Ways on Vaping
I try to be as accurate as possible, and we all make mistakes. This is a pretty straigh-forward article. However, there is one exception where the author states “groups such as the Campaign for Tobacco Free Kids, which is funded by big tobacco through the 1998 tobacco settlement” (While (Matt Myers) invented it, they are not directly funded by the 1998 Master Settlement Agreement).
Corruption and the Freedom Of Information Act
Deanna Marshall of Freedom Vapes has been fighting for a while… while I won’t get into that – I have watched a few posts and am intrigued at what I’ve seen.
The “Freedom Of Information Act” (FOIA) was used to obtain the following gems… and in my opinion, should be used on any and all – current and future litigation… (not an attorney).
“I did not expect how hard we had to work to stop an exemption for vape shops” should resonate into your brain…
Oh, and… in case you haven’t had your morning coffee…
“We had to dispel the myth that vaping is safer than smoking tobacco“
Oh, relax there’s more…….. and imagine, if this is a local county…. can you IMAGINE the emails from CFTK/body parts orgs and government – on the national levels – if we could get them?
