Public Health’s dishonesty about vaping, hurts youth
It’s the mantra chanted by public health anti-tobacco groups around the nation. On their self proclaimed mission to “protect the children”, these groups petition municipal and state legislators to pass strict and often over reaching regulations when it comes to tobacco use and sales.
“Smokers with Psychological Distress” (SPD) may be more vulnerable toward ENDS use, as they are for combustible cigarette use, due to greater positive expectancies of the products.
That’s a bad thing?
