Within the political ring, there are two distinct and sadly needed actions in the United States right now to fight the regulations of e-cigarettes.

Speaking of legislation, Federal law requires “federal regulatory agencies must coordinate their policies, plans, actions, and regulations with local governments.”

WHAT IS “COORDINATION” IN FEDERAL LAW?
The Village of Hartland, Wisconsin is taking testimony and questioning the F.D.A. and its regulations over e-cigarettes.
“If it’s proven agencies fail this obligation, their rules become moot — not just in a local community, but nationwide.”
